Scot Schmidt
Cofounder, VP Athlete Relations

Scot oversees all aspects of athlete relations for Go With a Pro, Inc. He is a true pioneer in today's action sport industry. As one of the first sponsored 'extreme' athletes, he has been a member of The North Face team for over 15 years and is also sponsored by K2. He has inspired a whole generation of skiers by starring in dozens of extreme skiing films that have today reached cult status including Blizzard of Ahh’s, License to Thrill, Groove Requiem, Siberia and The Scot Schmidt Story. In addition to his film work, Scot has appeared in numerous magazines and advertisements. His reputation as a consummate professional among athletes, manufacturers, resort operators and fans has made Scot one of the world's most recognized and respected skiers.

Tim Fitzpatrick
Cofounder, President, CEO

Tim is responsible for the strategic direction, sales performance and overall management of Go With a Pro, Inc. Previously he was a founding member of Seattle Systems (now LUMEDX), where he helped grow the company into a multi-million dollar annual business. He was responsible for corporate sales, strategic partnerships and international business operations. Prior to Seattle Systems, he founded Sierra Medical Systems, which specialized in international importation and distribution of medical technology equipment to the U.S., and he served as Director of Sales at Columbia Vital Systems Inc. Tim worked as a Jackson Hole ski instructor and earned a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Jay Orlando
Cofounder, VP Operations

Jay manages the real estate, legal and financial functions of Go With a Pro, Inc. Previously, Jay founded J. Orlando Construction where he focused on real estate investment and property development and management. He is a member of the Dillabough Fund, an angel investment fund based in San Jose, California. Jay worked at Enviro Waste Systems in marketing and sales and was a Jackson Hole ski instructor. He earned his BS and MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he specialized in international finance and management.

Robert "Wingnut" Weaver
Director of Surfing

Wingnut is the consummate longboarder of the '90s. His surfing accomplishments include winning the Mabo Coastline Cup in Haleiwa, Hawaii, the 1990 Malibu Invitational, and the Santa Cruz Surfarama from 1989-91. Wingnut was the longboard star of Bruce Brown's Endless Summer ll. He has continued working in the film industry as a talent as well as doing voice-overs for movies, TV, and videos, including the Great Waves series. He is also the surf instructor for many Hollywood stars. From 1994 to the present he has worked as an athlete and manager for O'Neill Europe, responsible for the O'Neill Surf School. Wingnut is also traveling globally as an athlete event coordinator for Bluetorch productions. Free time is devoted to his wife Janis, son Cameron, and surfing in the vicinity of his home in Santa Cruz, California.

Scott Nichols
Director of Skiing and Fishing

Scott is the owner of Aspen Trout Guides, an exclusive international guiding service with a special priority use commercial permit from the U.S. Forest Service. The company has been authorized by the U.S. Secret Service to fish with heads of state and the President. Scott is also the host of Tight Lines aired on the Resort Sports Network. As director of ski racing for the Aspen Skiing Company, he was responsible for coordinating the Alpine World Cup, 24 Hours of Aspen, The Ford Downhill Series, and represented the United States in the 24 Hours of Aspen. He is ranked second in the world for vertical feet skied in 24 hours. Scott, with renowned climber and aerospace engineer Neil Beidleman, invented Alpen Heat, a superior foot-warming device. In his free time Scott is backcountry skiing, hang gliding, or cycling.
